The State of California requires that your Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Public Seal be processed with an actual impression of your stamp or seal and filed with the Notary Division of the Secretary Of State's Office. The manufacturer is required to do this. We need your original certificate to record the sample impressions on. For further information, please go to:
