Inspection Stamps Are Custom Made To Order

Our Inspection stamps have aluminum shafts and a solid neoprene plug with a brass cap. The neoprene die is tough & solvent resistant and withstands a wide variety of inks. The cap has a felt pad inside. These stamps can be ordered with an optional hole for a keychain.

Inspection stamps have many names: qc stamps, qa stamps, quality control stamps, quality assurance stamps, accept & reject stamps but all have one job - helping you control the quality & accountability of your process. We manufacture our inspection stamps to meet your specific requirements.

A wide variety of impressions can be made, at no extra charge. We need only a stamped impression or drawing to work from. These impressions may be faxed or emailed to us.

Self-Inking Inspection Stamps

These great economical little self-inking stamps are perfect for marking paperwork. They use ordinary stamp pad ink and are not for materials other than plain paper. They are made of sturdy plastic and have a built in re-inkable stamp pad. Available in black, blue & red, other colors at extra cost.

The S-510 & S-520 have a snap on dust cap making these stamps easy to carry in a pocket. The same sample impressions listed above apply to the self-inking models as well.

Pre-Inked Inspection Stamps
These compact light little stamps have a great impression and will go for extended periods before needing to be re-inked. They use iStamp ink and are easy to re-ink. They are excellent for bold impressions. iStamps will mark many sorts of coated paper (mail us a sample of your material to be sure) but are not intended for parts marking. Available in black, blue & red, other colors at extra cost. All iStamp models have a snap on dust cap making these stamps easy to carry in a pocket. The same sample impressions listed above apply to the pre-inked models as well.

Multi-Surface Ink Pre-Inked Inspection Stamps
The IS-30, IS-32, and IS-34 pre-inked inspection stamps can now be had with a multi-surface ink (Model Nos: MSI-30, MSI-32, MSI-34). This ink in these stamps works well on paper, glossy paper, mylar, and most plastics and metals; it is particularly suitable for cases where stamping a mixture of paperwork and nonporous labels is required and also as a temporary parts marker. (While it leaves a good impression on metals and plastics, the impression is fairly easily removed with solvents.) Drying time to smudge resistance: 60 seconds. Available in black, red & blue. Reinkable. Note: the cap must be kept on when the stamp is not in use as it will dry out in short order. If you do leave the cap off, replace it and the stamp will rejuvenate itself in 24 hours.
